Property Check in Instructions

Welcome to our Adelaide Holiday Home! We hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Check in instructions are as follows.

Getting inside

Check in time is from 3PM onwards. Early check-in may be available at additional cost.

A code will be supplied for the entrance prior to your arrival. If you have not received it by the morning of you arrival please contact us. This code is only applicable for your stay. Please do not share it with others outside of the guests staying. 

Parking

Parking is available in the carport at the eastern end of the property. Please mark sure to park in “Unit 3” space and not in another car port or elsewhere on the property. Additional vehicles may use street parking in front. Make sure to lock your car and not leave valuables inside. 

Once inside

When you arrive, please take a few minutes to check the property to ensure everything is in good condition. If you notice anything that needs attention, please let us know as soon as possible.

Please check the following:

1. General Condition

  • Property is clean and tidy
  • Furniture and appliances appear undamaged
  • No unusual smells or issues inside the home

2. Kitchen

  • Fridge, oven, and cooktop working
  • No leaks from taps or sink
  • Basic kitchen items available and clean

3. Bedrooms

  • Beds prepared with clean linen
  • No damage to furniture or bedding

4. Bathroom

  • Shower, toilet, and sink functioning properly
  • Clean towels provided

5. Safety

  • Doors and windows open and close properly
  • Smoke alarms appear intact

If you find anything missing, damaged, or not working properly, please contact us within 24 hours of check-in so we can arrange assistance.
